Since all our educational products—including the “Target 30/30” E-book, 3D pedagogical notes, and online mock tests—are strictly digital in nature and full access is granted immediately upon successful payment, we enforce the following refund and cancellation policy:
1. No Refund Policy
Once a digital course, e-book, or test series has been purchased and the content is unlocked in your dashboard, the order cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We highly recommend that students carefully read the course description, syllabus, and features before making a purchase.
2. Duplicate Payments
In the rare event of a technical error where your bank account, card, or UPI is charged twice for the same transaction, please contact our support team within 3 days. After thorough verification, the extra deducted amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Technical Glitches or Access Issues
If your payment is successful but the purchased course or material does not automatically unlock in your student account, please reach out to us immediately with your transaction receipt. Our technical team will verify the details and manually grant you access within 24 hours.
